Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with store managers to gather manpower requirements.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
  • Support in issuing offer letters and managing joining formalities.
  • Ensure all joining documentation is completed accurately.
  • Conduct new hire inductions at store level.
  • Visit all retail outlets regularly.
  • Serve as the HR point of contact for store-level staff.
  • Identify and report any HR or operational issues that require attention.
  • Support in resolving staff concerns and minor grievances.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and morale through store visits and feedback.
  • Communicate HR policies and updates clearly to store teams.
  • Collect and verify attendance records and leave applications.
  • Report any discrepancies or absenteeism.
  • Provide timely payroll inputs including new joiners and resignations.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training programs for retail staff.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Support in visa, insurance, and documentation coordination as needed.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on recruitment, headcount, attrition, and HR activities.
