Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and conduct new hire orientations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support HR data reporting, audits, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred.
Working Conditions:
Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, depending on designation)
Transport: Not required – workplace is within walking distance from accommodation
Nationality: Open to all nationalities
Location: Bahia, Abu Dhabi
