HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and conduct new hire orientations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support HR data reporting, audits, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred.

Working Conditions:

Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law

Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, depending on designation)

Transport: Not required – workplace is within walking distance from accommodation

Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Location: Bahia, Abu Dhabi
