HR Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee administration. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with UAE labor processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment coordination (screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Support visa, MOHRE, and payroll coordination
  • Track attendance, leaves, and probation periods
  • Support HR Manager with reports and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in an HR or admin role
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and MOHRE processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information
