Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a background in the manufacturing or contracting industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE and possess strong knowledge in all core HR functions, including:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations & engagement
- HR policy implementation
- Attendance & leave management
- Payroll support & HR Information System management
- Performance management coordination
- Visa processing & labor law compliance coordination
- Offboarding & exit formalities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator or related field
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with UAE labor law
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
