Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a background in the manufacturing or contracting industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE and possess strong knowledge in all core HR functions, including:

  • Recruitment & onboarding
  • Employee relations & engagement
  • HR policy implementation
  • Attendance & leave management
  • Payroll support & HR Information System management
  • Performance management coordination
  • Visa processing & labor law compliance coordination
  • Offboarding & exit formalities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator or related field
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
