Job Summary
We are looking for a well-organized and professional HR Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support daily HR functions and office administration. The role includes assisting in hiring activities, handling phone calls, responding to employee and client inquiries, and providing general administrative and secretarial support to management.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records
- Assist with basic HR documentation, contracts, and correspondence
- Coordinate with staff regarding attendance, leave, and general HR queries
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries
- Manage office correspondence, filing, and document control
- Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare letters, memos, and basic reports as required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and customer-service mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, homecare, or service-based companies
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed
- Experience dealing with employee and client queries
