Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee records, attendance tracking, recruitment coordination, and daily HR tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily attendance, leave requests, and employee schedules
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation
  • Assist with recruitment: CV screening, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare HR reports and summaries for management
  • Support payroll preparation with attendance and overtime data
  • Draft basic HR letters, memos, and internal communication
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR policies are followed
  • Coordinate between departments for HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • Must be currently inside the UAE
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or office coordination
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Highly organized, reliable, and professional
  • Immediate joiners preferred
