Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee records, attendance tracking, recruitment coordination, and daily HR tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance, leave requests, and employee schedules
- Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation
- Assist with recruitment: CV screening, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR reports and summaries for management
- Support payroll preparation with attendance and overtime data
- Draft basic HR letters, memos, and internal communication
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR policies are followed
- Coordinate between departments for HR-related matters
Requirements:
- Must be currently inside the UAE
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or office coordination
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Highly organized, reliable, and professional
- Immediate joiners preferred
