We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support our HR department’s daily activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Support HR executives in all administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews)
- Help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
