- Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Assists in providing workplace counseling on policies and procedures
- Prepares job descriptions, posting ads and assists in managing the hiring process
- Helps with implementation of effective onboarding and offboarding plans
- Helps in developing training and development programs
- Assists in performance management processes
- Supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintains and updates employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Reviews employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Methodical thinker with detailed proficiencies
- Upholds confidentiality standards
- Thorough understanding of clerical HR principles
- Highly- organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other software
