HR Assistant

Full job description

We are seeking a Female HR Assistant (Non-Arabic) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in HR Assistant, preferably within the real estate industry, with a strong focus on recruitment and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
  • Posting job advertisements
  • Screening CVs
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Following up with candidates
  • Support HR daily operations such as:
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Preparing HR documents, letters, and reports
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR filing
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Non-Arabic speaker
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a must
  • Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Higher Education required)
  • Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law basics
  • Experience using recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
