Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain and update HR databases, files, and personnel records
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime data
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance appraisal processes and training coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
- Prepare HR reports and documents as required by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
