Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Support payroll and employee records management
  • Contribute to employee relations initiatives
  • Help with performance management and onboarding activities
  • Assist in organizing staff events and team-building activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What We’re Looking For:

  • A graduate of a Psychology or Human Resources Management program
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute
