HR Assistant

Reporting to: HR & Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR & Operations Manager in all HR functions and processes
  • Manage recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems
  • Manage timesheets, attendance records, and leave tracking
  • Prepare HR reports and support management with HR analytics
  • Communicate professionally with employees and candidates via Outlook, email, and other platforms
  • Support payroll processes, including data collection and verification
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job posting platforms
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
