Falcon Middle East general Contracting and Maintenance Co, is looking for a detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and emails.
  • Prepare official letters and memos.
  • Maintain, organize and update physical and digital documents.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting company documents.
  • Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files).
  • Handle medical insurance addition, renewal & deletion.
  • Preparing and maintaining vehicles data.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English communication (written and Verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information.

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Availability: Immediate

Visa: Visit visa preferred
