HR Administrator

Job Summary

The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring smooth HR processes across employee documentation, onboarding, HR systems, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support a fast-paced digital insurance environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and personal files.
  • Prepare HR letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, and experience letters.
  • Handle day-to-day HR documentation and filing (digital & physical).
  • Support payroll inputs by tracking attendance, leave, and overtime.

2. Recruitment Support

  • Post job ads, screen CVs, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation and assist with onboarding formalities.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth joining-day experience.

3. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Collect and verify documents for new hires.
  • Conduct HR induction and ensure system and email setups are ready.
  • Process exit formalities, including clearance forms and exit interviews.

4. Employee Relations & Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for basic employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support internal communication and employee announcements.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.

5. Compliance & PRO Coordination

  • Coordinate with the PRO team for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure documents comply with UAE labor law requirements.
  • Maintain updated employee visa and contract trackers.

6. Reporting

  • Prepare routine HR reports such as headcount, attendance, and onboarding status.
  • Maintain trackers for probation, contract renewals, and expiries.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of HR or administrative experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of HRMS tools.
  • Basic understanding of UAE Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
