Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HR tasks including employee onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and policy implementation
- Update finance records and coordinate with payroll for timely salary disbursement
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards
- Prepare offer letters for onboarding applicants
- Assist in basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and petty cash handling
- Manage office administrative duties including office supplies, facility coordination, and internal communications
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support internal events
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Create and manage business leads using marketing databases and arrange meetings for follow-up
- Draft and prepare software support contracts and proposals for customers
- Prepare or revise official company documents such as the Company Profile, drafts for the company website, and other relevant materials
- Work closely with management, product, and sales/business teams to support business initiatives
- Communicate with clients and handle front-office support when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or administration preferred
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of accounting or HR software is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
