Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in HR tasks including employee onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases
  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and policy implementation
  • Update finance records and coordinate with payroll for timely salary disbursement
  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards
  • Prepare offer letters for onboarding applicants
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and petty cash handling
  • Manage office administrative duties including office supplies, facility coordination, and internal communications
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support internal events
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Create and manage business leads using marketing databases and arrange meetings for follow-up
  • Draft and prepare software support contracts and proposals for customers
  • Prepare or revise official company documents such as the Company Profile, drafts for the company website, and other relevant materials
  • Work closely with management, product, and sales/business teams to support business initiatives
  • Communicate with clients and handle front-office support when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or administration preferred
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of accounting or HR software is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
