The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting human resources operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment activities (job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, contracts, confirmations, leave letters, etc.)
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support management with reports and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and labor regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Visa / Work Status
- Spouse visa holders preferred
