Role Purpose

We are hiring an HR Admin & Operations Executive. The role is execution-focused, supporting approximately 100 employees, with primary responsibility for HR administration, employee records, attendance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle leave management and attendance tracking using the in-house HR system
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation
  • Prepare HR letters, confirmations, and standard employee documentation
  • Coordinate with Finance on payroll inputs and attendance data
  • Support visa, labor, and compliance documentation in coordination with PRO/vendors
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure confidentiality at all times

HR Operations & Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries
  • Track employee documents, renewals, and compliance deadlines
  • Support HR reporting and management requests as required

Admin Support

  • Provide basic administrative and coordination support related to HR operations

Experience & Skills Required

  • 4–5 years’ experience in HR Administration / HR Operations
  • Hands-on experience managing:
  • Leave & attendance
  • Employee records & documentation
  • HR coordination for mid-sized teams
  • Experience working with in-house HR systems / HRMS
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Professional communication and ability to handle confidential information

Profile Fit

  • Junior to mid-level HR professional
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-heavy role
  • Prior experience reporting into Finance or Operations preferred
  • Immediate or short notice availability highly preferred
