Role Purpose
We are hiring an HR Admin & Operations Executive. The role is execution-focused, supporting approximately 100 employees, with primary responsibility for HR administration, employee records, attendance, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle leave management and attendance tracking using the in-house HR system
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation
- Prepare HR letters, confirmations, and standard employee documentation
- Coordinate with Finance on payroll inputs and attendance data
- Support visa, labor, and compliance documentation in coordination with PRO/vendors
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure confidentiality at all times
HR Operations & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries
- Track employee documents, renewals, and compliance deadlines
- Support HR reporting and management requests as required
Admin Support
- Provide basic administrative and coordination support related to HR operations
Experience & Skills Required
- 4–5 years’ experience in HR Administration / HR Operations
- Hands-on experience managing:
- Leave & attendance
- Employee records & documentation
- HR coordination for mid-sized teams
- Experience working with in-house HR systems / HRMS
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Professional communication and ability to handle confidential information
Profile Fit
- Junior to mid-level HR professional
- Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-heavy role
- Prior experience reporting into Finance or Operations preferred
- Immediate or short notice availability highly preferred
