We are seeking a proactive Part-Time HR / Admin Executive (preferably with own visa) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR and administrative functions, support recruitment and employee engagement activities, and manage event inquiries efficiently. Candidates with prior experience in the F&B or related service field will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Support attendance and HR documentation.
- Help coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
- Oversee office operations and general administrative tasks.
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and supplier/vendor communications.
- Support management in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Handle event-related inquiries and client communications professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR/Admin, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector and/or any field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic HR/admin systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Preferably on own visa (spouse/freelance).
