HR Admin Assistant

Job Purpose:

The HR Admin will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring company policies are effectively implemented and followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and termination notices as required
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitor attendance and leave records and ensure all documentation is submitted on time
  • Ensure timely submission and filing of sick leave, annual leave, and other HR-related forms
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and procedures
  • Assist in payroll processing by collecting relevant data like absences, leaves, and overtime
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee files in a confidential and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
  • Coordinate employee welfare activities, HR documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment status

Requirements:

  • Immediate Joining.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Assistant, HR Admin, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRMS)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (experience in construction/marble/stone industry is a plus)
