Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and HR-related tasks. The candidate must have prior administrative experience in the UAE and be familiar with local HR practices and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize employee files, contracts, and HR-related documents.
- Update HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee records.
- Track attendance, leave balances, and other employee data.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
- Handle routine HR correspondence and internal communication.
- Coordinate with departments for HR and administrative support requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR or Admin Assistant in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HR documentation and basic HR processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month (based on experience)
