Full job description

Responsible for overall functions, operations, practices, activities and methods related to Human Resources and personnel management

  • Implement and review the HR policies, processes and procedures, laws, and standards and streamline workflow within HR division
  • Manage Payroll final processing, HR Services, Employee Relations, exit interviews and final settlement of outgoing employees.
  • Create employee contracts and organize their terms in accordance with the laws of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization
  • Managing health and Workmen Compensation insurance programs.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks

•Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issue

  • Overseeing the day-to-day Public Relation Activities
  • Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents (Visa , Emirates ID & Labor card processing)
