Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to support housekeeping operations within a Facility Management environment. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating daily activities, ensuring service quality, and maintaining health, safety, and compliance standards across assigned sites.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Supervisor in managing housekeeping operations and staff
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of housekeeping operatives at assigned sites
  • Plan and organize daily workloads to ensure effective coverage and service delivery
  • Ensure housekeeping services meet agreed service levels and quality standards
  • Monitor staff performance and provide operational guidance as required
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to meet operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, procedures, and site guidelines
  • Address operational issues or service-related concerns in coordination with supervisors
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation as per company and client requirements
  • Ensure housekeeping activities comply with ISO standards and local municipal regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • 3-year Diploma
  • 7–9 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations
  • Facility Management company experience
  • Experience supervising housekeeping teams in residential, commercial, or mixed-use facilities
  • Strong people management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
