Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to support housekeeping operations within a Facility Management environment. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating daily activities, ensuring service quality, and maintaining health, safety, and compliance standards across assigned sites.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Supervisor in managing housekeeping operations and staff
- Supervise and coordinate a team of housekeeping operatives at assigned sites
- Plan and organize daily workloads to ensure effective coverage and service delivery
- Ensure housekeeping services meet agreed service levels and quality standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide operational guidance as required
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to meet operational needs
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, procedures, and site guidelines
- Address operational issues or service-related concerns in coordination with supervisors
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation as per company and client requirements
- Ensure housekeeping activities comply with ISO standards and local municipal regulations
Candidate Requirements
- 3-year Diploma
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations
- Facility Management company experience
- Experience supervising housekeeping teams in residential, commercial, or mixed-use facilities
- Strong people management, planning, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
