  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usage.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with driving the company minivan for transporting staff or supplies as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Valid manual minivan driving license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,200.00 per month
