- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with driving the company minivan for transporting staff or supplies as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Valid manual minivan driving license is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,200.00 per month
