Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure hotel quality standards
  • Assign cleaning tasks and manage room turnaround times
  • Train new staff and maintain a positive team environment
  • Handle guest requests and ensure exceptional service
  • Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
