Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure hotel quality standards
- Assign cleaning tasks and manage room turnaround times
- Train new staff and maintain a positive team environment
- Handle guest requests and ensure exceptional service
- Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
