We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who can lead, train, and monitor our cleaning teams to ensure every property meets Neatly’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple properties.
- Conduct quality checks before releasing units.
- Assign and monitor cleaners’ schedules, job cards, and attendance.
- Train staff on grooming, cleaning procedures, and product use.
- Coordinate with the operations and client support teams for smooth handovers.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and linen movement.
- Report damages, maintenance issues, and client feedback promptly.
- Support in onboarding new cleaners and evaluating team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in housekeeping supervision (hotel, facility, or holiday home background preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of English
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Ability to manage time, multiple jobs, and team members efficiently.
