We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who can lead, train, and monitor our cleaning teams to ensure every property meets Neatly’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple properties.
• Conduct quality checks before releasing units.
• Assign and monitor cleaners’ schedules, job cards, and attendance.
• Train staff on grooming, cleaning procedures, and product use.
• Coordinate with the operations and client support teams for smooth handovers.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and linen movement.
• Report damages, maintenance issues, and client feedback promptly.
• Support in onboarding new cleaners and evaluating team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in housekeeping supervision (hotel, facility, or holiday home background preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of English
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Ability to manage time, multiple jobs, and team members efficiently.
