We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with valid UAE Driver license ot oversee the daily operations of multiple short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage housekeeping staff, ensure quality standards, and support smooth guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping teams across multiple properties.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and upkeep.
• Train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff.
• Prepare and maintain housekeeping reports and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support guest satisfaction by ensuring properties are guest-ready at all times.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (hospitality, hotels, or serviced apartments preferred).
