  • Accountability of staff.
  • People Management – Managing our groups and clients
  • Maintaining staff attendance
  • Manage and Coordinate Team at the client’s site
  • Coordinating with client and our team to ensure that end result is achieved with success.
  • Have good inter personal skills
  • Must be flexible within the team
  • Setting confirming appointments
  • Managing Staff documents and details.
  • Managing Office Errands

Skills and Experience required:

  • Basic computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Must have knowledge of Technical Services.
  • Candidates must have good knowledge of data handling
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good phone manners
  • Excellent team player
  • Availability and Flexibility for all working shifts if needed.
