- Accountability of staff.
- People Management – Managing our groups and clients
- Maintaining staff attendance
- Manage and Coordinate Team at the client’s site
- Coordinating with client and our team to ensure that end result is achieved with success.
- Have good inter personal skills
- Must be flexible within the team
- Setting confirming appointments
- Managing Staff documents and details.
- Managing Office Errands

Skills and Experience required:
- Basic computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
- Must have knowledge of Technical Services.
- Candidates must have good knowledge of data handling
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good phone manners
- Excellent team player
- Availability and Flexibility for all working shifts if needed.
