Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
- Vacuum, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms thoroughly
- Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, tea/coffee, water, etc.)
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items promptly
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings carefully
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Complete assigned tasks within required time standards
