Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel/cafe standards.
  • Make beds, replace linens, towels, and amenities.
  • Replenish supplies (soap, toiletries, minibar, etc.) as required.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items.
  • Ensure public areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or special requirements.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper condition.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Physically fit, able to lift and move objects, and stand for long periods.
  • Good communication skills.

Work Hours:

  • Shifts may vary including weekends and public holidays.
