A reputable General Contracting and Maintenance Company in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a Housekeeping/Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of cleaners across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping/cleaning staff.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards and on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control measures.
• Train and guide both new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor staff attendance, evaluate performance, and resolve any on-site operational issues.
• Manage cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is used and stored properly.
• Oversee operations across multiple sites and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi.
• Preferably 35 years old or below.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or cleaning services.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and perform well under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
