Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas (offices, restrooms, common areas, corridors, etc.)
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitization
- Maintain restrooms: replenish supplies, clean fixtures, disinfect high-touch areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and shared spaces
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages
- Ensure compliance with company cleaning standards and client requirements
- Follow safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and chemicals
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (facility management experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
- Background check may be required
