  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces.
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure proper hygiene standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and politely.
  • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Follow cleaning checklists and hotel or facility standards.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect guests’ privacy at all times.
