Job Overview
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests, residents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, offices, washrooms, and public areas as per company standards
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Refill supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and cleaning materials
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects when required

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
