Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Housekeeping) to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our office. The role includes basic housekeeping, assisting staff with simple tasks, and ensuring the office environment remains presentable at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of office areas, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry.
  • Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and general office upkeep.
  • Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors when required.
  • Manage pantry supplies and restock items regularly.
  • Assist with simple office tasks such as filing, arranging documents, organizing supplies, etc.
  • Support in receiving deliveries and maintaining office storage areas.
  • Ensure waste bins are emptied and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or office assistant experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to communicate in basic English.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Good personal hygiene and professional behavior.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
