Job Responsibilities

• Welcome the VIP guests .
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently in line with fine dining standards.
• Set up dining areas onboard, including table arrangements and cutlery to meet luxury standards.
• Work closely with the chef to ensure smooth coordination of service timings.
• Ensure all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times,

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and table arrangement.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
