Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all household operations and maintenance
  • Manage household staff, schedules, and contractors (cleaners, landscapers, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory and supply of household items
  • Coordinate household calendars, events, and appointments
  • Ensure the home is always guest-ready and maintained to a high standard
  • Handle errands, grocery shopping, and vendor relationships
  • Assist with packing/unpacking, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Light housekeeping or meal prep as needed (optional, based on household needs)
  • Manage household budgets, invoices, and petty cash

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Physically fit and active, able to manage household tasks
  • Willingness to learn and grow into an administrative/office-based role
  • Previous experience as a house manager or in a similar role is a plus

Requirements:

  • Must be 22-28 years old
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing schedules and communications digitally (email, scheduling apps, etc.)
