Job Description:
We are seeking a trustworthy, well-presented, and detail-oriented House / Villa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence. This is a hands-on role combining butler-style service staff supervision vendor coordination and household management ensuring the villa operates smoothly, efficiently, and with complete discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily household routines including opening/closing procedures and overall readiness of the villa
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness organization and presentation across all areas
- Oversee laundry wardrobe care ironing and household inventory (linen toiletries pantry supplies)
Service & Hospitality:
- Welcome guests and provide refreshments and meal service as required
- Ensure formal service standards including table settings etiquette and event preparation
- Handle special requests professionally with a positive attitude and strict discretion
Staff Supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate household staff (maids drivers gardeners security etc.)
- Prepare schedules assign duties monitor performance and maintain staff discipline and morale
- Train staff on service standards procedures and household protocols
Vendors & Maintenance:
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance repairs pest control pool care HVAC and other services
- Maintain a preventive maintenance checklist and ensure issues are followed through to completion
- Monitor service quality and costs to keep the residence fully functional at all times
Purchasing & Budget Control:
- Manage household purchasing including groceries supplies and consumables
- Track monthly household expenses petty cash invoices and receipts
- Maintain adequate stock levels to avoid shortages
Security & Confidentiality:
- Implement basic security measures such as key control and visitor management
- Handle family information schedules and personal matters with complete confidentiality
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience as a Villa Manager House Manager Butler or similar role
- Highly organized proactive and confident in managing staff and vendors
- Basic technical skills (WhatsApp email Excel / Google Sheets)
- Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends when required
- Clean background and strong professional references
Preferred Qualifications: (Nice to Have)
- Background in 5-star hospitality concierge services or fine dining
- UAE experience with knowledge of local vendors and service standards
- Valid driving license
