Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive for Dubai, Fujairah & RAK to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through strategic marketing and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive room and event bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and hotel industry functions.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and ROI of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
