Job Title: Hotel Reservation Agent – Ajman

Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel reservations through the company website.
• Assist customers and travelers who wish to make reservations.
• Ensure a smooth and satisfying booking experience for clients.

Requirements and Experience:

• Minimum: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred).
• At least one year of experience with hotel reservation systems (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Strong customer service and communication skills with different personalities.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team.
• Fluent in English.
