Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient departmental coordination, and achievement of business objectives. The Hotel Manager will lead operational teams, maintain service standards, control costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest complaints professionally
  • Manage department heads and conduct regular operational meetings
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, brand standards, and local regulations
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, staffing, and operational performance
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of hotel staff
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance to achieve revenue targets
  • Ensure health, safety, and security standards are strictly followed
  • Represent the hotel in dealings with suppliers, partners, and authorities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
  • Experience with hotel PMS and operational reporting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
