We are seeking a skilled, creative, and passionate Chef / Cook to join the culinary team at Al Hamra Hotel Sharjah. If you love cooking, enjoy creating quality dishes, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would be delighted to consider your application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes following hotel standards and guest preferences
  • Ensure the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety across all kitchen areas
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and daily supply checks
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth daily operations
  • Maintain consistent quality in taste, presentation, and portion control
  • Contribute to menu planning and preparation of special dishes when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting
  • Ability to prepare Arabic, Continental, and/or International cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive team player with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
