Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes following hotel standards and guest preferences
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety across all kitchen areas
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and daily supply checks
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth daily operations
- Maintain consistent quality in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Contribute to menu planning and preparation of special dishes when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting
- Ability to prepare Arabic, Continental, and/or International cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A positive team player with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
