We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess cum Waitress to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and reset for the next guests.
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Work closely with the team to deliver seamless service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess/waitress in hospitality or F&B is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and guest-oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
