- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
- Handle guest enquiries and special requests professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
