WHAT WILL YOU DO
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Handle members and guests’ enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information which meets
- their needs
- Ensure all cancelled/refused/waiting lists are recorded with the reason for cancellation/refusal and that all details are
- followed up and actioned
- Ensure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent and transparent and also ensure flexibility throughout
- service to maximize guests’ expectations
- Maintain personal knowledge of all Club’s members and refresh your knowledge constantly
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent level of spoken and written English is a must
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
- Have the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
- Ability to work long shifts and be flexible with your time
