Job Description:
We are hiring Hosts/Hostesses to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth event experience in the UAE. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting event guests, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will also support the event team in handling guest inquiries, managing event flow, and ensuring all guests feel welcome and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome
• Provide event information and assist guests with any inquiries
• Support with event registration and guest list management
• Direct guests to event areas as needed
• Help maintain the event’s professional and welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work on event days and be flexible with schedules
