The Role of the Host/ess:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Host/ess to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE , as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026 .

We are seeking an individual who delivers exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency someone who brings a generous spirit, a positive outlook, and an uplifting presence to every interaction. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, able to multitask with grace while remaining open to fresh ideas and new approaches. With a blend of creativity, precision, and analytical thinking, they possess a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay organized and results-driven in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional service
  • Ensure to possess a high standard of personal appearance and grooming at all times.
  • Collaborate well with other team members working other functions of the restaurant
  • Manage the hostess stand and keeping the area neat, clean and tidy at all times
  • Make and review reservations on the table management software and make necessary improvements for the table layouts, timings of bookings where deemed necessary
  • To establish a rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 Year of experience as a hostess in a luxury resort/ hotel/ upscale restaurant or similar hospitality environment
  • College education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous employment experience in a similar position will be advantageous
  • Requires the ability to operate computer equipment / familiar with systems and table management software
  • Requires to be able to read, write and speak in English fluently, bilingual is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be a team player
