Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Holiday Home Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams, handle guest communication, and support the overall quality of guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations of multiple holiday home units
  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are clean, functional, and guest-ready
  • Monitor listings (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) for accuracy and update information as needed
  • Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and maintain accurate records
  • Handle basic inventory checks and restocking (linens, amenities, etc.)
  • Assist with guest complaints or issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain property keys and access systems
  • Support financial tracking (basic reporting, petty cash, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in holiday home, hospitality, or property management (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle urgent requests calmly
  • Good English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
