Responsibilities

• Moves raw materials and work-in-progress between cells and storage to maintain flow.
• Supports loading/ offloading of goods, counting, labeling, and staging parts accurately before each operation.
• Assists operators in laser, bending, welding, grinding, carpentry, and assembly areas with holding, fixturing, deburring, and cleaning tasks under supervision.
• Performs basic finishing (edge deburring, film removal/application, wipe-down) to prepare parts for powder coating and assembly.
• Packs finished goods using foam, corner protection, bags, and boxes; prints and applies labels to ensure protection and traceability.
• Maintains housekeeping to 5S standards.
• Handles tools, pallet jacks, and trolleys correctly and returns items to designated locations.
• Reports safety hazards, damaged goods, or quality concerns for immediate containment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Helper or in a similar role for 1 -2 year
