Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist users with day-to-day support needs, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure efficient resolution of technical and operational queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming helpdesk inquiries (calls, emails, or walk-ins)
  • Log, track, and resolve support requests in a timely manner
  • Assist users with issues related to systems, applications, and basic hardware
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure closure
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
  • Provide clear and professional communication with users
  • Perform general administrative support tasks related to helpdesk operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in helpdesk, admin, or customer service support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Presentable, professional, and reliable
  • Able to join immediately or within 1 month
