Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist users with day-to-day support needs, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure efficient resolution of technical and operational queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming helpdesk inquiries (calls, emails, or walk-ins)
- Log, track, and resolve support requests in a timely manner
- Assist users with issues related to systems, applications, and basic hardware
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure closure
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Provide clear and professional communication with users
- Perform general administrative support tasks related to helpdesk operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in helpdesk, admin, or customer service support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Presentable, professional, and reliable
- Able to join immediately or within 1 month
