Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating one or more types of heavy machinery, including excavators, wheel loaders, graders, skid steer loaders, and compactors/rollers. Operators will play a key role in site preparation, earthmoving, roadwork, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as:
• Excavators (345GC)
• Wheel Loaders (950GC)
• Motor Graders (140GC)
• Skid Steer Loaders (Bobcat 216B3)
• Compactors / Rollers (CB2.5GC, CS11GC)
• Perform excavation, leveling, compaction, and material handling as per project requirements.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
• Ensure work is carried out to project specifications and timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction projects.
• Valid operator license/certification (as per local regulations).
• Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to read and follow site instructions, drawings, and grading levels.
• Flexibility to operate different types of machinery if required.
